Interpret client / sales needs to produce a presentable AV package (BOM, labor hours, scope of work and system functional sketch).

• Design a functioning Audio/Visual system per a project template from Sales Team.
  • Complex conference and training rooms.
  • Complex audio designs including stadiums, auditoriums and soundmasking.
  • Understand video and audio conferencing systems including but not limited to, LifeSize, Polycom, Tandberg, and Microsoft Lync (and other USB/PC based conferencing solutions).
• Conceptualize and sketch designs prior to handing off to Sales Team.
• Be flexible and creative when designing A/V systems to match customer needs and budget.
• Apply standards in place into all designs, and work with inventory team to keep costs low.
• Assist Sales Team with the overall sales process to ensure sales is successful.
• Assist Sales Team with pre-design job-site walks when required.
• Enter design related time into NetSuite.

The Process Engineer Trainee is responsible for learning process design, operation and implementation. Will learn to improve our processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and improve safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing, configuring and optimizing manufacturing processes from inception through to start up and completion
• Maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of production-related manufacturing equipment and processes required to manufacture a high quality product in a repeatable and cost effective manner
• Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data
• Designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates, quality of output and safety
• Perform risk assessments
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions and conducts training
• Other tasks and activities as required

Software Engineer, Machine Learning Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in setting the direction and goals for a sizable team, in terms of project impact, ML system design, and ML excellence
• Adapt standard machine learning methods to best exploit modern parallel environments (e.g., distributed clusters, multicore SMP, and GPU)
• Re-evaluate the tradeoffs of already shipped features/ML systems, and you are able to drive large efforts across multiple teams to reduce technical debt, designing from first principles when appropriate
• Leading a team from a technical perspective to develop ML best practices and influence engineering culture
• Be a go-to person to escalate the most complex online/production performance and evaluation issues, that require an in depth knowledge of how the machine learning system interacts with systems around it
• Develop highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning, data regression, and rules based models
• Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements and create effective feature roadmap
• Code deliverables in tandem with the engineering team
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, or a relevant field. 4+ years of experience if you have a PhD
• 6+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining, artificial intelligence, or related technical field
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Javascript or Hack
• Experience leading major initiatives successfully
• Experience building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliability
• Experience with developing machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact
• Knowledge developing and debugging in C/C++ and Java, or experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, PHP, and/or shell scripts
• Experience demonstrating technical leadership working with teams, owning projects, defining and setting technical direction for projects
• Experienced in utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems and providing detailed feedback and solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Exposure to architectural patterns of large scale software applications

How you will make an impact / Day to day activities:

• Monitor, document, root cause, pareto, and prioritize resolution for design or process defects discovered during product prototype design, development, verification testing, customer pilots and eventual field deployment.
• Lead failure analysis investigations, driving root cause identification, prevention, and corrective actions via close collaboration with cross-functional subject matter experts.
• Leverage quality history on similar products and technologies, working closely with development teams to drive lessons learned into new product designs.
• Develop mechanisms for prioritizing failure and reliability investigation.
• Lead or support DFMEA activities, translating engineering design risks into mitigation priorities, including verification strategies, test methods and procedures, with well defined acceptance criteria.
• Create and integrate system and subsystem reliability models with targets that achieve overall product requirements. Author a cohesive set of reliability requirements across the product ecosystem and track estimated performance against them.
• Work with the Verification, Validation & Test team to develop reliability growth testing strategies, including accelerated life methods, and appropriate sample size selection.
• Deliver executive presentations showcasing results, improvement recommendations, and implementation progress.
• Work with Customer Success team to drive serviceability, maintenance schedules, and care plans.

This Product Manager role is responsible for the development and management of a portfolio of products and programs supporting SRP's and our customer's sustainability and decarbonization goals. This role includes providing ongoing management, from inception to sunsetting, of the products/programs and data reporting to ensure it meets customer needs and is aligned with SRP's established objectives.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Provides photography and videography production including scouting locations, planning production, shot selection, music and sound selection, logging, graphics, animations, digital effects and editing
• Develops video and graphic assets to support marketing and promotional programs including advertising, social media, website, tradeshows, public affairs, and internal communications
